Job Description
We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level Upwork Bidder & Lead Generation Specialist who can help us secure quality leads, build relationships, and close deals via freelancing platforms and outbound channels. You’ll work closely with the founder and delivery team to understand our services and pitch them effectively to the right audience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and operate freelance profiles (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)
Write winning proposals tailored to client requirements
Generate leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, job boards, and freelancing platforms
Collaborate with the technical team to understand offerings like:
